Xiaomi’s upcoming electric SUV, the YU7, has been detailed through an MIIT listing, confirming key specifications. The company officially announced the model name and revealed on its Weibo account that the YU7 is set to launch between June and July 2025.
Powerful Dual-Motor Configurations
According to the MIIT listing, the YU7 will offer at least two powertrain options. The first configuration provides a maximum output of 220 kW, while the second delivers 288 kW. Both setups feature a dual-motor system. The battery is supplied by CATL, but its capacity remains undisclosed.
Impressive Size and Weight
The dimensions of the YU7 are 4,999 mm in length, 1,996 mm in width, and 1,600 mm in height, with a substantial wheelbase of 3,000 mm. The vehicle weighs in at 2,405 kg.
